Reception Information:

• Doors will not open before 1:30 p.m.
• Light refreshments will be served until 2:25 p.m.
• The program will start promptly at 2:30 p.m. Please make every effort to arrive on time.
• Franklin Graham will share ministry updates from the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and Samaritan’s Purse.
• The program will conclude with enough time for you to drive (1.5 miles) to the main event held inside Don Haskins Center, UTEP.

Dress code:

• Business casual attire is appropriate.
• We encourage you to dress comfortably and wear comfortable walking shoes.

Parking:

• From W Wyoming Avenue or El Paso Street, turn into the DoubleTree El Paso Downtown.
• Complimentary parking is available in the hotel parking deck. From the parking deck, proceed to the 17th floor.
• There will be signage to direct you.

• Seating is provided.
