I hereby assume all risks associated with Volunteer's performance of these activities and release and forever discharge BGEA from any and all liability, including for negligent acts or omissions, for claims or damages Volunteer might have that result from Volunteer's activities with BGEA as a volunteer, and any related claims or damages arising from BGEA's selection of activities or provision of food or transportation in connection with volunteering with BGEA. I understand that BGEA is not responsible for the safety or security of Volunteer's personal effects and release BGEA from liability for theft, damage or destruction of Volunteer's personal property.

I hereby consent to the unlimited use by BGEA and/or its authorized representative of photographs or videos in which Volunteer appears, without further compensation, and I acknowledge and agree that I have no ownership rights in or to those photographs or videos. I hereby release BGEA, its agents and assigns from any claims that Volunteer may have relating to any photographs or videos, including without limitation, any claim arising under the right of publicity, right of privacy, defamation and/or copyright infringement. I understand that any works I create while serving as a volunteer belong to BGEA, including title, ownership and copyright of those works.
Emergency Medical Care I hereby consent to the provision or procurement by BGEA of emergency medical care or first aid in the event Volunteer suffers any illness or accident while performing volunteer activities. I hereby release, discharge and hold BGEA harmless from any claim, including for negligent acts or omissions, related to the provision of such emergency medical care.

Code of Conduct I represent to BGEA that the Lord Jesus Christ is Volunteer's personal Savior, which means that Volunteer is a witness about Him to others at all times, through Volunteer's words and conduct, including during Volunteer's service as a volunteer with BGEA. I also acknowledge that Volunteer being permitted to perform volunteer service with BGEA is conditioned upon Volunteer's agreement with BGEA's Mission Statement and Statement of Faith and Volunteer's ongoing demonstration of appropriate conduct that is consistent with those statements, scriptural teachings and principles, and with BGEA's policies, procedures, and expectations. Volunteer will not represent any other ministry or personal interest while volunteering. I represent and warrant that Volunteer has no criminal background involving violence, sexual misconduct, or fraud, and agree to notify BGEA if there is any change in such status or if Volunteer is charged in a criminal matter of any kind. Either BGEA or I may terminate Volunteer's role at any time for any or no reason.
I understand, accept, and agree to the terms and conditions stated in this Volunteer Release and Waiver. I represent and warrant that I have the full legal authority to execute this Volunteer Release and Waiver and agree to indemnify, defend and hold BGEA harmless against the claims of third parties.
