Reception Information:

  • Doors will not open before 2:00 p.m.
  • Light refreshments will be served until 2:55 p.m.
  • The program will start promptly at 3:00 p.m. Please make every effort to arrive on time.
  • Franklin Graham will share ministry updates from the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and Samaritan’s Purse.
  • The program will conclude with enough time for you to walk to the public event.

Dress code:

  • Business casual attire is appropriate, but keep in mind the public tour event will be outside and will go on regardless of the weather.
  • We encourage you to dress comfortably for the weather and to wear comfortable walking shoes.

Parking:

  • From W. Queen Road, there is private reception only parking in the grassy area adjacent to the American Legion Post 40 building.
  • Guests with mobility issues are also welcome to be dropped off at the American Legion Post 40 building front doors.
